Failure to adhere to the booking instructions will subject your appointment to cancellation.
Late Arrivals/No Shows
✧ Please contact your technician directly if you are running late. We can be reached at 647-331-9775.
✧ If you are more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule please note a new deposit will be required.
✧ No shows will automatically result in a forfeited deposit. If you wish to reschedule please note a new deposit will be required.
✧ Each brow will be tailored to the client's face and a pre-drawn shape of the brows will be completed.
To ensure maximum satisfaction, the procedure will only begin once both the Client and the Technician are satisfied with the Pre-Drawn shape.
✧ Permanent makeup may not be suitable for everyone. The artist cannot guarantee a successful result for all clients especially those with problem skin.
✧ A 6-8 week touch-up may be required. More than 1 Touch up may be required.
COVID-19 Client Precautions
To ensure the safety of future clients and technician, Tanirah Beauty has implemented new safety measures to be followed for all appointments
✧ Tanirah Beauty will only accept three (3) clients per day to decrease the risk of exposure.
✧ A mask IS REQUIRED for each appointment. If you do not have a mask one will be provided to you.
✧ Please note your appointment will be cancelled if you are unwilling to wear a mask during your appointment.
✧ Please note your appointment will be cancelled if you display symptoms such as but not limited to:
FEVER/DRY COUGH/TIREDNESS/DIFFICULTY BREATHING/SHORTNESS OF BREATH/CHEST PAIN OR PRESSURE/LOSS OF SPEECH OR MOVEMENT
✧ Clients must wash their hands upon arrival.
✧ An infrared thermometer may be used to check clients temperature at the door
✧ Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you do arrive early please wait in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time.
✧ NO GUESTS, NO CHILDREN, NO PETS are allowed during your appointment. Any guests will be asked to wait outside.
✧ Please limit the use of cell phones. If you do need to use your phone during your appointment wipes will be provided to ensure no transmission occurs.
✧ If you are feeling unwell due to symptoms related to Covid- 19 you must contact your technician before your appointment.
✧ All services are non-refundable. We do not begin the procedure until both the Client and the Technician are 100% satisfied with your tailored Pre-Drawn brows.
✧ Rescheduled appointments must be confirmed no less than 48 hours (2 days) before your booked appointment.
✧ Failure to reschedule within 48 hours will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
✧ Rescheduling of any appointment is permitted one time only. To avoid any disappointment please double check your calendar before booking your appointment.
✧ Please note that ALL deposits for ALL services/classes are NON-REFUNDABLE. By booking and paying your deposit you are acknowledging and consenting to that fact.
✧ Please note deposits can be made via E-Transfer to email@example.com to confirm your appointment.
✧ Appointments not confirmed with the required deposit within 24hours will be cancelled.
Client Consent Forms & After Instructions
✧ A client consent form and after-care instructions will be emailed to you prior to your appointment. Please review and sign the required forms electronically once received.
